Shipping Policy

Your order will be processed within 2-4 business days as soon as the payment is received and cleared. The order processing time is used to check Your order for quality assurance, packaging, printing shipping labels, and sending it to our shipping company for shipment. Order processing may take longer when we receive a huge number of orders per day. Don’t worry, all orders are fully insured.

Your items will be delivered within 2-12 business days after we process your order. Due to high demand, some of the orders may take a little longer to arrive. We strive to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible.

We ship items all over the world

Orders can only be sent to one address. To send an item to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

All shipments will be sent using the tracked method. As soon as our shipping company sends us the tracking number, We will in turn send you the tracking number via email.
We will not be able to cancel orders as soon as they are processed. Generally, if you do not send us an email within 1 hour of placing an order, there is a high probability that we will not be able to cancel it. However, please email us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.

All shipments that were rejected, unclaimed from the local post office, or not delivered to the address because you entered the wrong name or address when placing the order will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and delivery fee of 30-50% of the item price if this occurs. So please don’t forget to check your address carefully when you place an order.

As soon as your order is shipped and our database is updated with your online tracking number, we will send you an email with online tracking information that you can use to track your package. If it’s been 3 business days and you still haven’t received this email from us, just email us and we’ll check it out for you right now.
